Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Returned within 15 days of receipt
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Opened containers of absorbent granules or powders
- Used absorbent pads, rolls, or socks
- Opened spill kits with compromised components
- Products that have been installed or used
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return in your email.
- Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the return process above to return the original item
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website
- We will process your refund once we receive the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
