At Spillage Control Sales, we stand behind the quality of our spill management products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our industrial absorbents, spill kits, and safety equipment. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Returned within 15 days of receipt
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used absorbent products (including Absorbent Granules & Powder, Absorbent Pads & Rolls, Absorbent Socks, and Smart Liners) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Opened containers of absorbent granules or powders
  • Used absorbent pads, rolls, or socks
  • Opened spill kits with compromised components
  • Products that have been installed or used

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return in your email.
  3. Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship to Us: Send the package to our address at:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product:

  1. Follow the return process above to return the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website
  3. We will process your refund once we receive the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
