Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your operational needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We do not currently ship to some parts of Asia and other remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our industrial absorbents, spill kits, and safety equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In its original packaging and unused condition
  • Returned within 15 days of receipt
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Important Note: Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Absorbent Granules & Powder (opened containers)
  • Absorbent Pads & Rolls (used products)
  • Absorbent Socks (used products)
  • Smart Liners (opened or used)
  • Spill Kits with compromised components
  • Any products that have been installed or used

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return in your email.
  3. Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.
  4. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship to Us: Send the package to our address:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product:

  1. Follow the return process above to return the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website
  3. We will process your refund once we receive the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
