Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

All payments are processed securely. Payment cards are charged at the time of order placement.

Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that we do not currently ship to some parts of Asia and other remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination.

Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• In its original packaging and unused condition
• Returned within 15 days of receipt
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, unless they arrive defective or damaged:

• Absorbent Granules & Powder (opened containers)
• Absorbent Pads & Rolls (used products)
• Absorbent Socks (used products)
• Smart Liners (opened or used)
• Spill Kits with compromised components
• Any products that have been installed or used

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
3. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions
4. Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
